Manhattan nail polish Quick dry 85 & Essence Twins Glitter Topper 03 Clyde

I would like to show you one of my fav nail polishes, and that's gorgeous greenish color by Manhattan. Appearance on the nail is quite different than in the bottle, but still lovely. On middle pic I added some shimmer and glitter by Essence Glitter topper in 03 Clyde. Last pic shows my latest make up purchase, some lovely colors I did not yet have in my collection so I'm really happy about it.

Schwarzkopf Natural & Easy 584 Mocca Chocolate

If anyone wants to compare, there is my result of hair dying with Schwarzkopf Natural & Easy 584 Mocca Chocolate. I really hoped it would be little lighter, as I had them before (I just dye my hair because of lot of grey hair, despite of that I'm 30 years old:(((). I reach wanted shade of color just when it is time for new dye (so after many washes), so I guess I'll have to try another color or brand. I hate effect on my grey hair, cause they really shine like bronze and gold.

Avon Nail wear polish

I went to a visit to an old friend of mine, and look how my nails looked like when I came home. I tried some of her's Avon polishes, so I'd know what my next purchase will be like, cause I do not trust catalog pictures at all. As you can see they are very poor quality (but I do think Avon have some really gorgeous colors), but it depends on the shade, so you MUST use some kind of hardener for upper coat. My nail are pretty messed up only after few hours, because I did not use any upper coat for protection.

Lush - Almond & Coconut smoothie

At first side, it feels like and looks like soft gentle thick shower cream. It’s nothing revolutionary about it, but I still think, that it deserves better reputation than it has.

It’s very think cream, like whipped cream. You scoop the cream with fingers from the pot, and really need just small amount of cream per each use. If you do not use puffy sponge, it only makes silky smooth layer of cream on your skin, but only little foam, but with sponge, you get rich silky foam and bubbles. The smell is very specific, herbal sweet, like almonds, nuts, warm milk and of course mixed with herbal touch (like typical Lush). Smell is very similar to their cream Sympathy for the skin. The smell stays on your skin only for an hour or two, and is really gentle, not overpowering. Skin is soft and smooth. You can really use that very well as shaving cream (without bath sponge, just layers of cream on your body).

My Lushie MR. BIG

It’s not a big secret that I’m Lushoholic. There is an item from Lush I specially wanna introduce to you.

Big. All Lush lovers know him. Special kind of a shampoo, who you love or hate, there is no other way. His use is really extravagant, but is worth it. You will really love special Margerita smell, and wavy smooth hair after the wash. As you can see in my pic, it is full of salt, gelatinous, slightly liquid. Most of Lushie fans describe it as margarita smell, but I would say it smells like flowers, mimosa, sea salt, lemony and similar stuff. That’s one special smell with no identical smell in Lush section. But as I said, it slightly reminds me of their peeling Rub Rub Rub (Seanick, Sakura, 17 Cherry tree lane) + flower lemony feel.

There is no other way to say that, but using Big can really be a pain in the ass.You have to really love Lush to appreciate it and be ready for a little more effort than usually. Salt crystals are pretty big, and they fall off all over your drain and bath tub. First you wet your hair, take a bit of Big and rub it between your palms until you get creamy foam. Salt melts quite fast, but it is sharp and itchy, so maybe you will not like the feel on your hands. Then you put it on your hair, and if they are not wet enough or your hair does not foam, you spray a little bit of water again. You rub until you get really rich, creamy foam, which every chemical shampoo can only envy.

After the wash, your hair looks like a bundle of sharp and squeaky mess and you fell you will never ever be able to brush them again. Even when you dry it, it still feels the same. Hair literally cry for conditioner, but it is your choice whether to use it or not. But when your hair is really dry and brushed, you get waves from fairy tale. These are silky smooth, wavy, bouncy, volume hair and if you recently used silicone added shampoos and hair stuff, Big will wipe out all that mess out. This shampoo is one of the biggest shock therapies I ever experienced, with so little beginning potencial, but such good result as it gives at the end.

Let me say, I have long, very thick, wavy colored hair, greassy at the roots and dehydrated at the length, quite “electricated” (you know, all that little hair all around the head), and this shampoo makes wonders. I really do not need extra volume, but it only lifts my roots slightly, and leaves the length silky smooth and bouncy. The smell stays for a day or two, depends on how you wear your hair (if you have them loose it fades away quicker). I did not noticed if it fades away my hair color, but my logic would say it could, because all of that salt.

This shampoo is for many uses. I think it is better not to use it every wash, so you’ll get better effect from it just once in a while. My must have.
